Frey Vineyards is a true family affair. For nearly 40 years they have been dedicated to producing organic wines, combining a mix of traditional and modern methods to ensure they make the most out of their diligently grown grapes. The Organic “Agriculturist” Blanc is a true expression of the Frey family’s hard work and dedication, right down to the label which features cousins Lily and Rosie, who regularly pick grapes into the night!
This is a beautiful blended white wine, featuring a foundation of Chardonnay, giving it a good body and structure, 7% Sauvignon Blanc, adding tropical fruit flavors like lychee, and 5% Riesling, bringing just a touch of sweetness that makes it perfect for summer. Crafted with 100% organic grapes, and containing no preservatives and only naturally occurring sulfites, it is a refreshing sip that pairs well with pasta dishes. Or, why not try it with a peach cobbler, to round off a summer supper in the garden!
88% Chardonnay, 7% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Riesling.
Allergens: Contains sulfites.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is Frey Winery committed to sustainability?
The Frey family is dedicated to farming for future generations. Aside from growing 100% organic grapes, and using no damaging preservatives, they are also committed to reaching carbon neutrality. They currently use solar power to help fuel their forklift, pumps, and bottling machinery, and are soon to use it for water heating too. All paper used on the labels and in the office is recycled, and they also plant trees around the vineyard to help offset their carbon footprint. Advanced composting, called Biochar, is also in the pipeline, and they are planning to turn to electric tractors as soon as possible!
