How do I use Dr. Bronner's Pure-Castile Liquid Soap?

Here’s a dilution cheat sheet as a guide:

Face and body: Apply to wet skin using a wet washcloth with one small squirt of product.

Hair: Up to ½ Tbsp. (7.5 mL). Work directly into wet hair or pre-dilute in a cup of water.

Shaving: Lather then apply to desired area. Face – 10 drops; Underarms – 3 drops; Legs – ½ tsp.

Dishes (Handwashing): Pre-dilute 1 part soap with 10 parts water. Squirt on a scrub brush and scrub dishes.

Laundry: Large load: 1/3-1/2 c. (80-120 mL). Half amount for high-efficiency washers.

Mopping: For wood, laminate & stone flooring, dilute ½ c. (120 mL) of soap in 3 gallons (12 L) of hot water.

All-Purpose Cleaning Spray: Mix ¼ c. (60 mL) soap with a quart (1 L) of water.

Toilet cleaner: Predilute 1 portion soap in 4 portions of water.

Fruit and Veggie Rinse: Dilute 1 dash (approximately ¼ tsp.) in a bowl of water and use as a dunking wash. Rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Dog Washing: Massage as much soap as needed directly onto wet fur and skin. Rinse thoroughly.
