Product Overview

Uco Valley. Along the beautiful Tunuyán River, in western Argentina, vineyards run across the valley, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and great hills that retreat into the mist. A perfect location for wine-growing, and a region famous for just that. Andeluna Cellars’ vineyard finds itself at 1300 meters above sea level, tucked away in the foothills of the Andes.

The 1300 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes find their complex and bold profile from the Andeluna vineyard’s excellent climate. A swing in temperature throughout each day produces an energetic and balanced grape. After aging in French oak barrels, and bottled cellaring, a colorful and distinctive wine is produced. Notes of spiced fruits and red pepper create a perfect balance with sweet, rounded tannins and flavors of almonds and dark chocolate.

Andeluna Cellars, founded in 2003, is a family-owned business with state-of-the-art wine-making technology, and vine-making practices grounded in well-established principles. They focus on old world varieties, staying faithful to the regional history, while also following sustainable agricultural practices.
