I am madly in love with this baking mix!!!!! The muffins are soo delicious and easy to make. I am mostly thankful to find one of the only baking mixes on the market that my whole family can eat!! In my family we have dairy, chocolate, citrus, and xanthum/guar gum allergies. I searched high and low to find a baking mix suitable for us. I will continue to purchase this mix as long as it's sold.
