The creamy yogurt is blended with the other essential components and curdled much the same as traditional cheese-making techniques. Then it is cooled and aged to develop its unique flavors and textures, formed into various shapes and sizes, popped in Forager’s sustainable packing, and shipped out to cheese lovers everywhere!
