Watermelon Pizza

Full of vitamins, and protein, you can bring all the fun of pizza in a colorful fruity snack like watermelon pizza! It doesn’t take much to prepare and can be fun for kids to enjoy as they add their toppings and show off their pizza creations.   Ingredients
  •  Watermelon
  • 1 cup of coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup of sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup of sliced cherries
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of pomegranate seeds
  • Drizzle of honey
Tasty and refreshing slices of watermelon pizza topped with fresh fruit and yogurt are plated on a wooden slab. You can also add other fun toppings like raisins and shredded coconut for this sweet treat.    Start by slicing your watermelon right down the middle and slicing a 2-3 inch thick slice to create your “pizza” base. Next, you can start drizzling the yogurt onto your pizza and avoid spreading it on the rind using a spoon or spatula. Now comes the fun part! Have your child layer fresh fruit and toppings onto your watermelon pizza and unveil their pizza creation. Help them have fun by making little designs and adding as little or as much fruit as they like. To finish off the pizza, make some slices with a sharp knife just like a real pizza. You can also give it a small drizzle of honey for some extra sweetness and enjoy!
