I’m newly vegan, and wondering where I can get more protein from. I have been eating a lot of nuts, but I feel that is not the best source. Would love to hear suggestions on other ways I can get protein.
Plant-based refers only to diet. There is great confusion around this and many people call themselves ‘vegan’ while they’re only eating plant-based.
