I would like to talk about a balanced vegan diet. Not sure I am doing it right and think it would be beneficial to hear from other plant-based/vegan enthusiasts on this platform.
I am an intermittent faster, so after dinner at around 8PM, I don’t eat again until late afternoon (other than an oat milk iced coffee or iced americano).
For dinner I try to keep to macros:
10% mix of everything else
Protein for me is from beans, seitan, chickpeas, helpseed and lately i’ve been eating peas. These are all good starters which can be cooked into just about anything.
