How to get enough calories as a vegan?
There are so many veggie greens and vegan food items high in calories. These include avocado, quinoa, nuts, nut butter, olive oil, sweet potatoes, dried fruit, legumes, and rice. You may want to keep an eye on the quantity of these food items that you will consume. If you just gorge on these, then you would end up gaining weight. I presume that is what you want to achieve. Otherwise, who would ask a question such as this? The more your calorie intake, the more weight you will gain.
Vegans cannot eat several food items with an abundance of calories, so it is possibly difficult to meet your daily calorie requirements. Nonetheless, this would not be an issue if you know precisely which food items to eat. The fact is that vegetarians and vegans often have fewer calories as compared to meat-eaters.
