Bread can be made with very few ingredients, flour, water, salt and yeast. As all these ingredients are vegan, the bread made using them is considered vegan-friendly. But you can add a wide variety of ingredients to make bread with different flavors. Using egg, honey and dairy products to make bread make the final product non-vegan.
 
Eggs are not considered vegan, as egg farming involves the exploitation of the birds in many ways. When we are collecting honey from bee farms, we are in fact, stealing the nutrient source of bees that they have collected with a lot of hard work.
