It might have some nutritional value and might be healthy. It all depends on the ingredients used. Different brands use different lists of ingredients. I have heard that some branded vegan cheese ingredients are very processed, whereas others are clean. I presume there will be some ingredients that have nutritional value in vegan cheese, such as soya to name one. So, look for the ingredients in the cheese, and research on the nutritional values of these.
I have also heard that some of the cheese products are easier to digest than their dairy counterparts. But should you purchase vegan cheese for its health properties or benefits? Maybe you should, or perhaps not depending on how you feel about it. As a non-vegetarian, I can confidently say that dairy cheese is the best option. But if you are vegan, you would want to go for the non-dairy option.
