Is the actor following a vegan diet now? I am not quite sure of that. Has he always been a vegan? No. In his program, The World According to Jeff Goldblum, the actor is seen eating insects and meat. I do not think he ever claimed to be a vegan. It seems more of a rumor spread based on some of the vegan things he did on television, especially in the program ‘Hot Ones’. To add to the speculation, there was also this brief encounter he had with the comedian Kevin Smith at some vegan restaurant.
 
After their meeting, Smith posted a picture of the two on Twitter, where he described Goldblum as ‘plant-based’. The two incidents seemingly gave birth to the speculation that Goldblum is a vegan. But has he said that he is plant-based anywhere? I do not think so. What to eat is his choice, and I am not judging him based on his diet.
